A MAN who stole from a boat building firm changed his plea to guilty when he appeared at Worcester Crown Court.
Kevin Crisp, aged 31, of Holman Street, Kidderminster, admitted theft of a microwave oven from Sealine International which has premises in Worcester Road in the town. At a hearing last month he had denied the charge.
Crisp denied a second charge of stealing two power drills and two battery chargers from the same company. The charge was ordered to lie on the prosecution file.
Stephen Wells, def-ending, asked for a pre-sentence report be-cause Crisp had been crime-free since 1993 when he was convicted of shoplifting.
Recorder Alan Dooley granted the defendant bail. He will be sentenced on June 20.
