UP to 4,000 people are expected to storm Eastnor Castle for the fourth annual Woodland Festival.
The festival takes place within the walls of the castle on Saturday and Sunday, June 7 and 8.
Attractions include tree felling, tree climbing, chainsaw carvers, a display by the British Lumberjack Association, willow sculpture and coppice workers.
The UK championships of the British Loggers Association will also take place during the festival, featuring the sporting equivalent of the practice of using horses to drag trees from woodland.
Marquees of fine furniture makers, restorers and basket weavers will add to the range of craft demonstrations on show and there will be guided tours of the site's rare arboretum.
"It's an amazing cross section of exhibitors from the world of wood and woodland," said castle manager Simon Foster.
"Last year we were hit by very bad weather which rather affected the numbers, but the feedback has been exceptional. People really enjoy this show.
"We are very hopeful that the numbers will be significantly increase, up to 4,000."
Admission for adults is £4. For more information call 01531 633160.
