CRUCIAL decisions about health care provision will be made next week.
South Worcestershire Primary Care Trust's board will discuss relocating Malvern GP surgeries and service cuts on Wednesday.
Its board is recommended to support plans to move Victoria Park and Court Road doctors surgeries to the Malvern Hills District Council-owned Pickersleigh Road depot.
But it still wants to assess the viability of the "BMX site", on the junction of Mayfield Road and North End Lane, currently earmarked for housing.
It also retains interest in its first proposed site in Townsend Way, although the suggestion has attracted public criticism.
The council has called a special meeting for Tuesday at which it is expected to vote to offer the PCT part of its depot site.
The board will also vote on recommendations to stop funding GP-attached social workers and reduce health visiting, school nursing and physiotherapy services to try to claw back a £5.7 million budget deficit.
However, Malvern Sexual Health Clinic looks set to earn a temporary reprieve - until the Time 4U service has been re-established.
