peace and charity groups in Malvern are joining together to raise awareness of unfairness in international trade.
Gearing up for a World Trade Organisation meeting in Mexico in September, they are looking for volunteers to make banners before a silent vigil in Malvern as part of a national Trade Justice Movement campaign.
MP for West Worcestershire Sir Michael Spicer will join campaigners to lobby in Barnards Green on Tuesday, June 27, at 6pm.
Prior to that, banner making will take place at the Friends Meeting House on Orchard Road, Malvern, on June 13, at 7pm
On June 28, from 10am, the group will host a stall on Church Street, together with a tug-of-war in the grounds of the Priory and a picnic in Priory Park at 12.30pm.
