"ASYLUM" is taking on all the lunacy of a Monty Python sketch. Asylum seekers are running rings around the government.
I have read of one who has been jailed for 10 months, to stop him from absconding, prior to his removal.
Now the Government has had to release him because India won't accept him back. He has destroyed his papers (in common with 90 per cent of asylum seekers) and the Government cannot prove his is Indian.
In another case, a Muslim cleric is fighting deportation, and it's apparently going to cost £250,000 to remove him.
And while all this is going on, the law industry is making £1,500 on every asylum seeker that walks through their doors, all on the "National Handbag" of course.
Add that to the costs of the liberal highbrow do-gooders and £3bn of public money is being poured down the asylum drain every year.
But it gets worse. Europe is about to take over "asylum." That means we shall be powerless. We shall have to do what Europe says.
And in Europe - the home of the Identity Card - there is a massive industry in France and Italy in fake Identity Cards, while a European Passport can be bought for £2,000 in Italy.
On top of asylum seekers, it is government policy to allow 300,000 immigrants a year into our nation - not counting family members.
Then there are another 200,000 people coming in on work permits each year. And then there is the prospect that millions of people, from the 10 nations about to join Europe, will come here because the Government has decided not to restrict their access.
How many times do the people of our nation have to say enough is enough before the politicians listen?
