BIRMINGHAM City Ladies did a prestigious double at the fifth annual Women's FA Player of the Year awards.
Nominated for seven categories, the Redditch United tenants had manager Marcus Bignot named Nationwide Manager of the Year and star forward Eni Aluko won the Young Player of the Year title.
Bignot guided his team to a mid-table finish in the club's first top flight season as well as enjoying playing success as part of the Rushden and Diamonds team who won the Third Division title.
Aluko had a momentous season which saw her make a scoring debut for England under 19s.
The 16-year-old winger-turned-striker was unable to step up into the under 19s squad until she was 16 but had a terrific season for her club and looks set to be banging on the door for a full senior appearance before too long.
Fulham, in their last professional season, pipped Birmingham to the Club of the Year award and Blues were second in the Media Award and had Sally Lacey nominated for the Player of the Year title.
