FAIRFIELD Sunday needed penalties to win the Royal Infirmary Junior Cup at Malvern Town FC.
Sunday were level at 2-2 with The Albion after extra time, thanks to Simon Pinfield's equaliser three minutes from time, and prevailed 4-2 from the spot earlier this month.
Kelvin Daley gave Fairfield the lead ten minutes into the second half but Albion equalised four minutes rom time.
Injuries to Sunday centre halves Carl Downing and Steve Lowe forced changes, leading to Albion's second five minutes into the second period of extra time.
Fairfield secured a penalty competition when defender Pinfield fired home from 30 yards three minutes from the end.
Pinfield, Daley, Jason Ralphs and Lee Porter successfully converted their spot kicks while goalkeeper John Slade made two superb saves.
