THE choir is hoping for a beautiful summer evening for their Summertime Concert on Saturday, June 7.
This is the first time the choir has put on a public concert in the summer, their other established public concerts being the Christmas concert and the Proms concert in the autumn.
The Summertime Concert will be held in the marquee at The Gate Hangs Well in Woodgate Road, Stoke Prior.
The programme will consist of a variety of ensemble numbers and solos and duets .
It will include some of the choir's special favourites as well as some new pieces.
A relaxed and happy atmosphere is the aim so a ploughman's supper is being served and the audience will be encouraged to join in a singalong afterwards.
The proceeds will go to the Primrose Hospice and Cancer Help Centre. Tickets are available on 67383, 578161 and 546158.
