E-LEARNING could become the teaching method of the future at the Pershore Group of Colleges.
The colleges, together with the University College Worcester, have been awarded £100,000 to develop a system for e-learning on the Production Horticulture foundation degree course.
The Higher Education Funding Council for England has awarded the grant over the next two years.
The foundation degree course is taken electronically with students undertaking the majority of learning in the workplace. Time is spent at Pershore College but e-learning allows information to be conveyed between UCW, Pershore College, students and employers.
