SOUTH Worcestershire Primary Care Trust is offering a free six-week course to anyone living with a long-term illness.
The Expert Patients Programme, is a course designed to help people manage their condition and build on their own coping skills.
It will include the use of exercise, nutrition, good communication and other techniques such as relaxation.
The course, which involves six weekly sessions, lasting two-and-a-half hours, is open to adults of any age who have one or more long-term illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes, asthma, MS and arthritis.
It will be held at The Wallace House Community Centre, Oat Street, Evesham, every Saturday, from June 21 and August 2, 10.30am to 1pm.
