A PHOTOGRAPH signed by the cast of Coronation Street has been donated to Worcester Operatic and Dramatic Society's Youth Section as a raffle prize.
The treasured prize was donated by Roy Hudd, who plays undertaker Archie Shuttleworth on the ITV soap. The actor met with members of WODYS after a performance of old time music hall at Huntingdon Hall.
It will be raffled during the company's production, Annie Get Your Gun, being staged at Worcester's Swan Theatre from July 29 to August 2. The money it raises will be donated to Riding for the Disabled.
Show director and producer David Humphries said: "It seems appropriate to go for a charity which involves horses, riding and the open air, much as the heroine of our musical, Annie Oakley, would have enjoyed."
Tickets are available from Huntingdon Hall box office on 01905 611227.
