YOUR recent report explained about the successful adaptation of seagulls to new habitats such as Worcester city centre.
I was more than a little saddened to read that there are plans to stop this by dipping the gull eggs in liquid paraffin.
I like seagulls, they remind me of the sea and distant shores, a welcome distraction from the perpetual demands and pressures of city life. Whatever would Jonathan Livingstone's Seagull make of it all?
