Pershore Town held their presentation evening at their King George V Playing Fields headquarters.
The Senior Player of the Year award was presented to Simon Judge by chairman Anthony Cosnett.
Supporters Player of the Year award went to Chris Jew who was also presented with a going-away present from his team-mates by manager Nigel Russell.
Jew, whose wife recently gave birth to triplets, is moving from Worcestershire after several years' service to the club.
Youth Team player of the Year Trophy was presented to Jamie Bird by manager Mike Grogan, who took the Manager of the Year trophy.
Committee member George Burrows was clubman of the year.
Town's annual meeting will be held at the club on Sunday (June 15) at 10am.
The Pershore Hospital Cup's annual meeting will be held at Pershore Working Men's Club tomorrow at 8pm.
