An enjoyable meeting was held on May 14 at Burcot Village Hall.
The president, Pearl Prior, welcomed three visitors, and Rae Fowler presented the resolutions.
The resolutions were children's diet, exercise and health, the care of older people and vocational training for young people.
All members discussed these subjects fully and all three resolutions were voted to go forward to the NFWI meeting in June.
The branch's annual meeting in August will take the form of a cruise on the Grand Canal from Leamington Spa, a coffee morning and also a bring and buy sale, which will be held on Wednesday, July 2.
The evening's speaker was Brenda Fowler, who brought along some beautiful paintings, Decoupage and greeting cards she had made. Members all enjoyed a really creative and crafty afternoon.
Our next meeting will be held today (Wednesday) at 2.15pm.
