CYCLING brothers Jason and Ross Dingley had a busy weekend for Bromsgrove Olympique Cycling Club.
Jason, aged eight, took two silver medals in the sprint and pursuit events at the British Schools Cycling Association National Track Championships in Halesowen last Saturday.
He also took a fourth place on the track also at the same venue 24 hours earlier.
Brother Ross, aged 15, took a series of first places on the track last Friday before missing bronze in a sprint finish by a tyre width on Saturday. He also managed two top three places in other events.
Genevieve Billington won the 500 metres handicap race on Friday.
In round two of the Midlands MTB Cross Country Series at Eastridge, near Shrewsbury, Peter Banham was runner-up in the youth race with Joe Dodd fifth.
Alex Billington and Peter Yates were third and sixth respectively in the juniors.
