There is a special reason why as many residents as possible should make the effort to turn up at their residents association annual general meeting next week.
For one of the items due for discussion at the meeting is the feasibility of building an exclusive licensed club for residents.
The question of building the club has been under review by the association committee for some time and it is now proposed to set up a special sub-committee to look into the project further.
"There is a definite interest in the project" explained Mr Jim Wall, the association's secretary.
