KADEER Ali hit a century as Worcestershire completed their Second XI Trophy matches with a high-scoring 130-run defeat against Gloucestershire at Ombersley.
Gloucestershire rattled up an impressive 371-5 in their 50 overs led by Chris Taylor (146), Alistair Bressington (70) and Tim Hancock (67). Daryl Mitchell was the County's most successful bowler with 3-67.
Kadeer led the County's reply with a fine unbeaten 124, including four sixes and 14 fours, with Mark Bagley (42) providing his main support.
But they were bowled out for 241 in the 43rd over, James Averis (5-36) ending the innings with four wickets in successive balls.
