Spa Housing proudly announced its tenants were satisfied with their landlord.
The claim was made days before tenant Melanie Garder told how she's waiting for her home to flood again before it can be fixed. (See below)
The Queen Street group carried out an extensive customer survey and 1,700 tenants from its 3,000 homes responded.
They reported that 82 per cent thought the condition of their home was good, 82 per cent were satisfied with Spa services and some 73 per cent regarded their rent as good value for money.
There were high levels of satisfaction with repairs and maintenance work. However the association admits a high proportion of residents were dissatisfied with ground maintenance on communal housing schemes.
Commenting on the survey, Spa Housing Director Clare Huyton said: "This is all vital feedback which lets us know where our services are working well and where they are not so successful."
"An action plan will be developed to bring about continued improvements," Ms Huyton added.
