CREATIVE classes dedicated to tune and tone certainly hit the right note with students at a village school near Droitwich Spa.
Ombersley Endowed First School, at School Bank, held a 'Lets Make Music Week' which included visits from a drumming group, samba band and a tuneful storyteller.
It was organised by teacher Anne Buckley and all 104 pupils, aged five to nine, took part.
Talent
She planned to showcase young talent at a music event at Droitwich Spa High School today (Wednesday) and at the Ombersley school's outdoor festival next Tuesday.
School administrator Clare Smith said: "The children have had a great time making lots of noise and learning about music."
A majority of pupils live in the Droitwich area and places are still available for the September intake. Call Clare on 01905 620384 for details.
