RAILWAY buffs and photographers should head for Kidderminster Railway Museum's open day on Saturday.
The museum's photograph collection will be on display, featuring pictures of trains, stations and line-side views.
The earliest photograph dates back to the 1860s, and the display will contain a total of 5,000 prints and negatives.
The museum, in Station Approach, Comberton Hill, is encouraging people to donate their railway photographs so these records of the past can be kept in a safe place where everyone can enjoy them.
Copies of the photos in the collection can be ordered, and the photographic historian Roger Carpenter will be in attendance.
The open day will start at 10.30am and continue until 5.30pm. For more information, call 01562 825 316.
