PARISH GAMES: Wolverley and Cookley clinched the 2003 Parish Games title after winning the final event at Stourport Sports Club on Monday.
They took the maximum 10 points in the quiz night which saw six parishes answering posers from quizmaster Tony Powell.
The winners were handed a £50 cheque and a shield.
Quiz night results: Wolverley and Cookley 10 points, Upper Arley 9, Churchill and Blakedown 8, Trimpley 7, Stone, Rock 6.
Overall: Wolverley and Cookley 75, Upper Arley 72, Churchill and Blakedown 69, Trimpley 66, Rock, Stone 65.
