Dorsington Village Fete will be held on the Village Green on Sunday, 2pm to 5pm.

The annual Long Marston Fete will be held in the Manor Field, on Saturday, July 19, at 2pm, games, falconry, vintage tractors and lots of other entertainment.

Luddington Village Fete in on Sunday, July 27, with Morris Dancing, Tug-of-War, children's events and much more.

A celebration to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Bidford Gliding Club was held on Saturday, the weather was fine and visiting aeronauts had a great day's entertainment in a lovely setting.

The retirement took place last Friday of Mr Richard Willoughby, who for many years was a local milkman. Respected by many local people for his kindness and cheerful nature, he was a tireless worker for many of the local charities and was a welcome sight trundling through the village in his electric trolley.
