THOUSANDS of dogs of various shapes and sizes will descend on the Three Counties Showground.
The National Working and Pastoral Breeds Dog Society's annual show takes place on Saturday, July 19.
More than 3,000 working and pastoral dogs, including dobermans, Siberian huskies, boxers, collies, German shepherds and corgis will be competing for the coveted Best in Show award. Class winners will also qualify for Crufts in March 2004, at the Birmingham NEC.
Visitors to the show will be able to watch judging of many different breeds and talk to owners and experts. A wide selection of trade stands will also be on hand, selling everything a pampered pooch could possibly desire.
More information on the different breeds can be found at www.discover-dogs.org.uk and on other championship shows at www.the-kennel-club.org.uk.
Tickets from Andrew Smallwood on 01775 840251.
