MEMBERS of Droitwich T.A.G.B. Tae-Kwon-Do club have scooped a number of medals in competition.
Students at the Spa club took part in the South-East Championships at Burgess Hill, in West Sussex.
Instructor Matt Lennard, aged 22, won bronze in the individual men's black belt lightweight division. He then joined four times Flyweight world champion Joseph Schembri and world silver medalist Kevin Guy to win silver in the black belt tag-team championship.
Dave Lilburn, Lennard's 15-year-old pupil, also won gold in the junior boys blue/red belt middleweight division.
Lilburn then won bronze in the junior boys blue/red/black belt tag-team event in which he was the last man standing after his two team mates were knocked out. Dave continued on his own to lose to the winners by a point.
