Speculation is rife in the area about what route the newly announced Alcester and Studley bypasses will take.
Local people have been left wondering whether the Evesham to Gorcott Hill road will pass near their homes.
The Government has announced that the roads will be incorporated in a £33 million improvement package due to start in about 10 years.
But there have been no specific details from the Department of Transport on what route the road is likely to take.
The schemes will have to compete with other plans for priority for finance and work on the road in unlikely to start for at least 10 years.
