CHARLES Crow, a well known character in the town, made his 40th appearance on a charge of being drunk and incapable in Millsborough Road on Saturday night.
PC White stated the facts, and prisoner, who pleaded for another chance and promised to sign the pledge, was fined 5s and costs.
In default of payment, he was sent to Worcester for seven days.
