FOUR fabulous "Funky Fridays" have been organised in Bromsgrove to give town youngsters a bumper package of summertime fun.
The fun-packed programme of activities organised by Bromsgrove District Council will take place at the Ryland Centre, in New Road, every Friday in August.
Bromsgrove District Council's active communities officer Sarah Crane said: "Our Funky Fridays are open to girls aged 11 and over, to encourage them to try something different and keep active into the bargain.
"Each Friday we will offer a selection of three different activities, ranging from trampolining and aerobics to dance and martial arts, gymnastic, Mendhi and others! Please come along and join us, and bring your friends - and a packed lunch."
Trampolining, gymnastics and dance are on the agenda for the first Friday. Each activity costs £1.
Details of the following weeks' activities will be displayed at the Ryland Centre or from Sarah on 01527 881377.
