HOLLYWOOD'S continuing love affair with comic book legends continues with a jolly green giant of a movie.
The man you don't want to make angry is back on the big screen and it's better than first impressions.
After pondering how Hollywood could beat the original incredible hulk and muscleman Lou Ferrigno for the part, the answer was obvious after just 30 minutes.
With some absolutely amazing computer generated graphics of course.
Purists won't like it but the extensive scenes with the Hulk are simply seamless.
But Ferrigno lovers do get the chance to see the original hulk as he played a walk on cameo as a beefed up security guard.
The original comic book script is kept relatively intact by director Ang Lee. Mild mannered scientist Bruce Banner (Eric Bana) uncovers his true self after being accidentally hit with gamma radiation. When he gets angry you'll soon know about it.
Jennifer Connelly is Banner's scientist buddy and Nick Nolte is just too believable as Banner's completely deranged father.
But it makes you think after the Marvel-ous instalments of Spiderman, Dare Devil and now Hulk, where will it all end for the Hollywood hero fantasy?
