STUDLEY In Bloom is preparing for the big day next week when judges from Britain In Bloom arrive to assess their efforts.
The group has been working hard to make sure all the flower beds around the village are in tip-top condition before Wednesday.
But chairman Justin Sayers said residents could help the chances of competition success themselves.
Last year, Studley was given a regional bronze award so there is still room for improvement.
