ANOTHER exciting week in Broadway's season saw the men progress through to the next round of the Vernon Turner Cup.
The final margin of victory was 84-71 - a result made possible by the comprehensive 37-3 win recorded by Mark Rain-bow's rink.
All three other rinks lost out to their Lilleshall opponents.
Superb draw bowling from the front end by Steve Aldren and Dave Satterley laid the foundations for the victory with Brian Clarke and Mark Rainbow consolidating their position and allowing Lilleshall to win only two of the 21 ends.

In the area final of the National Double Rink against Droitwich Spa, Broadway lost on both rinks to go down 42-22.
Scores: D Speake, A Walters, M Aubrey, P Speake lost 25-9. B Ford, D Cresswell, D Hall, M Rainbow lost 17-13.
In friendly games, Broadway travelled to Stratford and won on three out of four rinks for an 84-66 success.
Worcester BC were the guests last Saturday when Broadway won on all six rinks for a 143-97 victory.
Brian Ford led the highest winning rink by 15 shots, while Dave Satterley also won well just one shot adrift.

The next day, Broadway entertained seven rinks from Leicester in a most enjoyable game played in extremely hot conditions.
The visitors proved too strong on the day and won convincingly 157-106.
Broadway were also represented at a gala day held at Whaddon BC in Cheltenham and the scratch rink of Pat Groom, John Davies, Roger Turner and Ron Ryman came away victorious after a gruelling day in the sun.
The club is hoping for similar weather this weekend when they hold their annual 1981 Trophy.
A regular event in the bowls calendar, it attracts top players from not only Worcestershire but also Gloucestershire and Warwickshire.
It's always an enjoyable day and visitors are welcome to come and witness what promises to be a feast of action on the green.
