BROMSGROVE Rovers climbed to third and pulled six points clear of United with last night's 5-2 win over Cinderford.
The result means Redditch are now five points short of fourth placed Mangotsfield and have a significantly worse goal difference.
Gloucester climbed to within two points of United, with two games in hand, after thrashing Evesham United 6-1 last night.
If United are to pull off Mission Impossible and gatecrash the top two they need to make up 12 points on Weston with nine games to play.
