A NEW Wyre Forest anti-war group will say it with flowers when it joins a national protest against possible conflict with Iraq.
Members of Wyre Forest Against The War are planning to travel to RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire to show their feeling against the impending hostilities in the Gulf. The protest is on Saturday, March 22.
Cherry Isherwood, of Bewdley Quakers, who also organised a coach trip to a national protest march in London last month, said: "It is a national non-violent protest for the youngest to the oldest."
Flowers will laid around the fences to the airfield for pilots to see during takeoff and wreaths laid to mark "the death of democracy".
The new group, which so far has about 40 members, is also planning a form of protest on Saturday in Kidderminster.
