BUSINESSES are being urged to join the recycling revolution and turn used printer cartridges into cash for Acorns.
Acorns has teamed up with Recycle King to provide a free printer cartridge recycling scheme to help the environment and raise money towards supporting life-limited children and their families.
To join the cash-raising recycling scheme, businesses have to put their old laser toner and inkjet cartridges in specially provided bins which are then collected by Recycle King.
Alternatively, customers can send their own cartridges to be recycled in individual bags provided by Recycle King, a company based in Stoke-on-Trent that works with various charities.
For every used inkjet cartridge the company receives, Acorns will get at least £1.
n Businesses interested in joining the Acorns recycling scheme should contact Recycle King on 0870 2406962.
