THE Blue Bell Inn landlord in Ryall has applied to extend the pub to cope with demand.
Ian O'Neill has submitted a proposal to Malvern Hills District Council to add a storeroom to the back of the pub and new toilets at the side. The existing toilets would be taken out to leave room for an extended bar.
The plans are an amendment to a previously granted application, which proposed a slightly smaller storeroom and did not affect the toilets.
"It's going to be so much easier," said Mr O'Neill. "We are having a job to cope with Sunday's food trade."
He's still not sure how much the work will cost or how long it will take.
Planners will make a decision over the coming weeks.
