MADRESFIELD Movement Club will be taking gymnasts to the World Gymnaestrada in Portugal.
Three members of staff and six gymnasts from the club, located near Malvern, will be jetting out to join the Great Britain team in Lisbon tomorrow.
Great Britain is taking a team of 300 gymnasts to take part in the large displays.
The event is a celebration of international gymnastics rather than a competitive event and involves over 23,000 gymnasts from all over the world.
For the Madresfield gymnasts it will be a once in a lifetime opportunity to represent their country at an international event.
"It is wonderful that members from such a small rural club have been included in this exciting sporting opportunity," said Alice Bennett, Madresfield owner.
"It will be a real opportunity of a lifetime for our small rural gymnastic club to take part in this world-class event. It will provide the gymnasts with a wonderful experience of training and taking part in a national team event."
