MR Margrett made the bewildering statement (You Say, Wednesday, July 9) that "many Geordies feel more akin to the Scots than the English". Really ?
I suggest he goes to St James' Park in a Scotland shirt next season to find out, first hand, just how much they do!
As for regional government, the EU - or, to give it its full title The European Union of the Regions - has already drawn up a map of Europe in which England does not exist.
Don't be fooled by Blair's band of liars.
Regional government, together with the euro and the European Constitution, are purely and simply measures required to facilitate the abolition of European Nation States in favour of a Federal Europe.
Don't believe me ? Just wait and see.
