BELGIUM Premier League side KSK Beveren showed no mercy as they blitzed Worcester City 7-1 in a pre-season friendly.
City's assistant manager Mick Tuohy dubbed KSK sensational, adding it was the best team he had seen in his time at St George's Lane.
KSK were four up after 35 minutes on Saturday including a hat-trick from Josselyn Pehe.
Adam Webster rounded off an eventful weekend with a goal on the stroke of half time, rifling home a Mark Owen parried shot.
The striker had missed the team coach on Friday after a car crash but flew out to join his team-mates on Saturday.
The Belgium side, a nursery club to Arsenal, completed the rout in the second half with Gilles Yapi-Yapo also grabbing a hat-trick.
The other goalscorer Mohammed Diallo celebrated with multiple somersaults while City had further efforts through Owen and Webster.
City picked up injuries to Jon Holloway (groin), Dan Jones (knee) and Adam Wilde (hamstring) with all three doubtful for Wednesday's clash with a Coventry City XI at St George's Lane.
Tuohy, in charge while City manager John Barton is away on holiday, said the trip had been a fantastic experience.
"They were sensational and it was a pleasure to be there," he added.
"They were quick and their technique was perfect. From our point of view it was a little bit early because we only started training last week but they are the best team I have seen in my time at City.
"From start to finish they didn't stop - I think they thought we were from a higher league the way they went about their game.
"It was a great experience for everybody particularly the youngsters involved."
Worcester: Hayes (Skyers 85), Holloway (Woods 75), Halliday, Heeley, Jones (Hadley 55), Snape, McDonald (Smith 60), Foy, Owen (Hobbs 88), Webster, Wilde (Parker 32).
