Inkberrow A take on rock bottom Tanworth this week as the race for the Prudden Road Surfacing Tennis League Division One title goes to the wire.
Inkberrow will have home advantage against a struggling Tanworth side who have yet to record a win this season. But they know that a win at Littletons by title rivals Stratford C would be enough to secure the championship for them.
Although the sides have the same number of points, Stratford would lift the title on account of their meetings between the two sides.
The Stratford side climbed to the top of the table following a 4-0 defeat of Tanworth, making the most of Inkberrow's rest week, Nick Danks and Richard Littlechild the only pair to win a set.
But there was disappointment for Studley A who were forced to hand Stratford B a 4-0 walkover because they were unable to raise a team.
