TAKE three couples and two dinner parties and you have the perfect recipe for disaster, cooked to perfection by the master of comedy, Alan Ayckbourn.
John Challis and Sue Holderness, perhaps better known as Boycie and Marlene from BBC's highly popular Only Fools and Horses, lead an all star cast in How The Other Half Loves which will shortly be appearing at Malvern Theatres from Augus 18.
Demonstrating Ayckbourn's undisputed mastery of comedy and featuring one of televisions best loved couples, this hilarious play is not to be missed!
Fiona and Frank have problems, and, by forgetting their wedding anniversary, Fiona really doesn't help matters. Frank's social climbing colleague Bob has problems too, with his world weary wife Teresa.
Unaware of any of this, the socially inept William and Mary accept invitations to dinner from both couples on consecutive nights; a mistake indeed ... with hilarious consequences!
How the Other Half Loves plays in the Festival Theatre, Malvern from August 18-23. Tickets are priced £12 - £20.
