Studley captain Brandon Miller says his side are ready to bounce back from a dismal week - by beating the league leaders!
The Birmingham Road side were beaten in the final of the Birmingham Cricket League Challenge Cup and then slipped to defeat at Dorridge in Division Two (East) at the weekend.
But Miller said his players have put all that behind them and are ready for Saturday's visit of table-topping Walmley.
Studley were dismissed for 169 with Simon Stamenkovic (68) and Miller (40) contributing the majority of the runs.
Stewart Harris (4-37) and Mark Lewis, who conceded just 27 runs from his 18 overs, did their best to stem the flow of runs until the home side finally reached 170 for a two wicket win.
Sloppy fielding proved Studley's downfall in their 20-run defeat by Fordhouses in the final of the Birmingham Cricket League Challenge Cup.
The Wolverhampton side reached 152 from their 15 overs before restricting the villagers to 130 in the match played at Studley's ground.
