AN Astwood Bank couple recently marked 60 years of marriage with a meal with friends and loved ones.
Harold and Hazel Osborne, of Chestnut Road, celebrated their diamond wedding anniversary on July 10.
The couple are both from the Astwood Bank area and met at a dance in the village hall.
They have a son, Robert, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Mrs Osborne said: "We have gone on happily and still have a laugh and a joke together."
