A FIRM that opened an office in Worcester just four months ago has gone so well it is moving to larger premises.

ADA Computer Systems Ltd opened an office in Restdale House, Foregate Street, to test the market in Worcestershire.

The firm, which employs 65 people at its head office, in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, supplies computer system networks for the corporate market. Now, the firm is moving to new premises at the Imex Spaces Business Centre, East Moons Moat, Redditch, and plans to take on more sales people and engineers in the county.

"We are expanding really quickly," said Aneela Rose, marketing manager.

"We opened the office in Worcester to test the market and that went extremely well, and we are now at a point where we need bigger offices."

She said the firm's current workforce in Worcestershire, of six people, would expand considerably.

"We are looking to target the corporate market. We want to target bigger companies - firms with more than 50 employees - and to do that we need satellite offices."

The new office is ADA's first regional office since the company started in 1989. "The Worcester team has already secured a number of new clients, including Laser Holdings, in Powick, near Worcester, which is very encouraging," said Mike Davey, managing director.

"Worcestershire is the ideal choice as it is centrally positioned and has excellent road links, enabling the company to reach a wider geographical spread."
