CHAINWIRE surrendered the lead of Worcestershire League Division Six to Belbroughton after their third consecutive winning draw.
After being put into bat against Stourbridge Social, the Kidderminster side's openers Lee Stuart (84) and Matt Davies (30) put on 71 runs for the first wicket.
Tight bowling from Ian Hatton (4-38) and Thorn (2-13) restricted Chainwire to 200-7 off their 45 overs.
In reply, hostile bowling from Jason Williams (3-27) reduced Stourbridge to 38-4 but stubborn batting resistance again held them up.
Hatton (34) and Clarke (43 not out) helped Stourbridge gain a losing draw, reaching 119-5 and keeping Chainwire down to 14 points.
Chainwire 200-7, Stourbridge Social 119-5.
