PERSHORE'S second string recorded their fifth consecutive win at home to Hagley on Saturday.
Hagley batted first and made 213, with Arno Botha taking 4-70 off 18 overs and Rob Handley 3-47 from 13.
Pershore's reply started well despite the early loss of Botha.
Opener Gary Stevenson scored a fine 45 and when he was dismissed with the score at 99-3 Pershore still had the upper hand.
A middle order collapse followed reducing the home side to 137-7 at the end of the 29th over.
Les Wild then joined injured skipper Stuart Evans and the two experienced players took Pershore to victory in the 42nd over without further loss.
Evans's excellent 52 not out included two sixes and eight fours, and Wild scored a fine 22 not out.
