STUDENTS at a Kidderminster high school will soon be taking part in joint classes with a leading counterpart thanks to a Government grant.
Baxter College will team up with Hagley's Haybridge High School - a specialist technology college - after it won £60,000 by achieving "leading edge" status.
Some £40,000 of the funding is available for collaboration with other schools and Baxter College is a key partner.
"It will be of mutual benefit to both schools," said headteacher David Seddon.
Baxter College also hopes to bid for specialist status later this year which will mean extra funding.
