FORTY-FOUR allegations, which include making indecent photographs of children and assaulting a girl under 16, were read out to a Kidderminster man in court on Friday.
Frederick Edginton, 48, appeared on 37 counts of making indecent photographs, one count of gross indecency with a girl and five counts of indecent assault on a girl under 16.
He also appeared on one charge of possessing indecent photographs of children during the hearing which was held at Kidderminster Magistrates.
Mr Edginton, of Willowfield Drive, was released on conditional bail to return to the court on Monday, August 18.
