AN innovative printer, who has even taken images from his own children's toys, will be exhibiting his work at Worcester City Art Gallery next week.
Impressions, by Martyn Webb, includes many works inspired by food packaging and has a pop art feel. The printmaker has also been inspired by his children and in particular by his son's pedal car.
"I had to sneak it out of the house so he wouldn't notice," said Mr Webb. "Taking it to work I used a special water-based ink to make the print, which took several days. After making the print I had to clean the car and sneak it back to the house - luckily my son did not notice it had gone."
Impressions will be on display at the Balcony Caf and Activity space at the gallery from Monday until September 6.
