BY the time you read this, our family will have moved from Bushley, so this will be my last piece as Village Voice correspondent for this village. Thanks to everyone locally who has passed news to me for publication, I could not have managed without you.

I do hope someone will take on this job, I feel it is very important to keep Bushley on the local map and to publicise all that is going on (well, most of it!), it helps the economy of the village when outsiders support local events. So many people frequently tell me how much they enjoy reading Village Voice and I thank them for all the interest shown.

Our time in Bushley has been long and happy but we move with great optimism for the future, not to mention much more free time. So it's not goodbye Bushley as we shall certainly be back from time to time, but thank you Bushley for everything and we hope to see you anon.
