SUSPICION, intrigue and romance run amok when a man falls in love with a woman he believes murdered his cousin.
My Cousin Rachel, adapted for stage from Daphne du Maurier's novel, stars Beatie Edney (from the Highlander films, Frost and Dressing for Breakfast), Andrew Lynford (Tiffany's brother Simon Raymond in EastEnders) and Bruce Montague (Leonard in Butterflies).
Ambrose has been more like a brother than a cousin to Philip, so when he writes saying he has grave concerns about his new wife Rachel, Philip rushes to his cousin's aid.
But when Philip arrives in Italy, he finds Ambrose is dead and there is no sign of Rachel.
Convinced she killed his cousin but with no evidence to prove it, Philip returns to England, only to meet Rachel and find himself falling in love with her.
My Cousin Rachel runs at Cheltenham's Everyman Theatre from Tuesday, July 29, to Saturday, August 2.
Tickets are £7 to £18 from the box office on 01242 572573.
