PARENTS in Worcester no longer have to worry about keeping their offspring entertained during the summer.
University College Worcester is hosting a series of summer camps for youngsters aged five to 14 throughout August.
Activities on offer include volleyball, football, badminton, basketball, trampolining, tennis, cricket, table tennis, netball, model making and design competitions.
All events run from 8.45am to 5pm on Monday to Friday and cost £13 per day.
There are also specialist activities on offer including gymnastics day camps, run by Worcester Olympic Gymnastics Club, and a basketball camp organised by Worcester Wolves supremo Rick Solvason.
The gymnastics training runs from 8.45am-5pm and is for aimed at three age groups - five to seven, eight to 11 and 12-plus.
The cost is £13 per day and all tuition is by fully qualified coaches.
The basketball training, for youngsters aged 8 to 18, takes place for one week only, beginning on Monday, August 11, from 9am to 1pm in the UCW Sports Hall.
